Even if all 194 nations in the Paris climate agreement met their targets, it still will not solve the problem.
Former Vice President-turned environmental activist Al Gore admitted during an interview on Sunday that even if every country fulfills the Paris climate accord it won’t solve the problem of climate change.
Fox News’ Chris Wallace asked Gore if he agrees that, even if all 194 nations part of the Paris climate accord met their targets, it still won’t solve the problem of global warming.
“That is correct,” Gore told Wallace.
President Trump announced on Thursday that the United States will be pulling out of the accord.
Gore concluded, “however, it sends a very powerful signal to business and industry and civil society, and countries around the world.”
