Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) would not say whether he agrees with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer’s (D-NY) call to filibuster President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Judge Neil Gorsuch.
MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell asked Sanders if he agrees with Schumer’s argument that the Senate should not approve Gorsuch’s nomination while the FBI is still investigating ties between the Trump campaign and Russia.
Sanders explained to Mitchell why he will not be voting for Gorsuch but never answered whether he agreed with Chuck Schumer’s call to filibuster the nomination.
