During an interview on ABC’s “The View,” Chelsea Clinton was asked whether she would continue to fundraise for the Clinton Foundation if her mother was elected President.
“For now I’ll certainly stay on the board. We also employ about 2,000 people,” Clinton said when pressed on the matter. “We have a responsibility to the millions of people who are benefiting from our work. We also have a responsibility to our employees to make sure that they have jobs in the future, and then once we get through that transition period, we’ll see what the right answer is for the Foundation and for me.”
Chelsea completely avoided answering whether she would fundraise for the Clinton Foundation.
