The Senate Judiciary Chair wants the former Trump campaign manager to testify next week.
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), the chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, threatened to subpoena former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort if he does not accept the committee’s invitation to testify next week.
“[Manafort] was present at the meeting that we’ve all read about in the last week,” Grassley said.
“We’re going to invite him, and if he doesn’t [accept the invitation], then under our new rules, Senator Feinstein and I have the power to issue a subpoena.”
