Police deployed gas canisters as protesters launched projectiles at police officers.
After President Trump’s rally in Phoenix, Arizona on Monday night, confrontations between police and protesters erupted as law enforcement tried to clear the crowds.
The crowd began throwing items at the gathered police, and police responded by deploying gas canisters in an effort to disperse the protesters.
Undaunted, the protesters picked up the canisters to launch back at law enforcement. Finally, police used stronger tear gas to force the crowd away.
