Former Clinton campaign adviser Jess McIntosh said on MSNBC on Monday that “President Trump is not a smart man” after listening to his comments on health care.
“He regularly gets out ahead of his own policies with his inability to allow anybody to get a perceived slight on him,” she said.
MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace pointed out that Trump did become president (in the process, defeating McIntosh’s candidate) after McIntosh attacked his intelligence.
