Matt Damon told George Clooney that “hitting on extras” was one of his favorite things about making movies.
Matt Damon and George Clooney joked about sexually harassing movie extras during an appearance on “Unscripted,” while promoting their movie “Syriana,” in 2012.
Closely tied to Harvey Weinstein, who has been accused of sexual assault by numerous women in recent days, Clooney and Damon are embroiled in this scandal.
“Unscripted,” is a show that features actors asking one another questions about their upcoming films and projects.
During the segment, Clooney asked Damon to name three things he loves about movies.
“You know hitting on extras, I think,” Damon told Clooney.
Clooney responded by saying, “That’s good, or hitting extras, and by the way I’ve done both.”
