“I feel like jumping through the TV screen and taking this guy on out behind the shed,” said CNN Counterterrorism Analyst Philip Mudd in response to recent comments by RNC Communications Director Sean Spicer.
Over the weekend, Spicer refuted claims that the RNC was hacked during the course of the 2016 election. Mudd became unhinged after listening to the comments, saying, “This guy doesn’t know his ass from a hole in the ground.”
After moving on from Spicer’s knowledge of anatomy, Mudd eventually admitted that he was not worried about Trump’s weekly intelligence briefings. “If you look at the history of presidential engagement with the CIA, very mixed. Sometimes presidents like to read things, sometimes they like to take information through their advisors,” Mudd said about the current status of intelligence briefings.
