The results showed that the new president has accomplished more than some recent past presidents.
CNN’s John King compared President Trump’s record over his first 100 days with those of his last three predecessors, and the results showed that the new president has accomplished more than some recent past presidents.
“If you want to look at laws enacted, the president’s numbers are pretty good, when you look at the comparison to President Obama, George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton,” King said.
A graphic showed that Trump had signed 28 bills into law, at least six more than any of his thre predecessors.
King noted, however, that none of Trump’s laws passed “were signature campaign achievements.”
Trump also enacted at least six more executive orders when compared with his three predecessors’ first 100 days.
“Some of these down the road, as they’re implemented, could actually bring big change,” King said.
