CNN’s Chris Cuomo noted how Republican House members were working late into the morning to get Obamacare reform legislation through committee while Democrats engaged in petty delay tactics and offered no “better ideas.”
“You had the House Ways and Means, I think they finished at about four o’clock in the morning. They got the votes there, so that was the first step that the White House needed to get the agenda going,” Cuomo told the panel.
Cuomo went on to say about the Democrats: “And then what do we see reflected, Pat, in what the Democrats were doing? I was watching some of it last night. I did not hear better ideas coming out of the Democrats. I did not hear them scrutinizing the plan with facts and figures. They were just delaying, and they were saying this is just wrong.”
