Debbie Dingell said that Democrats passed their health care bill “much more openly” than Republicans.
Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI) claimed on CNN on Sunday that Democrats passed their health care bill “much more openly” than Republicans have handled their health care reform package.
“The fact of the matter is we did it much more openly,” Dingell said.
The Michigan representative then complained that “13 men” are writing the bill and that it will affect women in the United States.
“We need to be doing this in a more transparent process,” she said.
Democrats infamously passed Obamacare at midnight on Christmas Eve in 2009 because of its unpopularity.
