Rep. Joe Crowley (D-NY) told reporters after the Democrats weekly meeting, “I don’t think any decisions President Trump makes is rational.”
Crowley was responding to a reporter who asked Crowley if he thought President Trump was making the correct decision by having James Comey remain in his role as FBI Director, and whether Crowley trusted Comey to investigate possible ties between the Trump campaign and Russia.
“Listen, you know many of us on our side of the aisle believe that the actions Mr. Comey took in terms of the first announcement, the second announcement relating to the emails, was a contributing factor in this election,” Crowley went on to tell reporters, echoing the complaints of many Democrats.
