First Amendment attorney Robert Corn-Revere compared President Trump to a four-year-old with Tourette’s Syndrome during a panel discussion at the CATO Institute on Friday.
“Well first I have to congratulate you on the title of this discussion. Will President Trump threaten freedom of speech?” Corn-Revere began. “Although I think I might modify it a little bit and say when President Trump will threaten freedom of speech.”
“You know his campaign was one threat to the press or the freedom of speech after another,” Robert Corn-Revere continued.
Then Corn-Revere remarked, “Trump is a bit like a four year-old with Tourette’s syndrome, and he just constantly is speaking without a filter.”
Corn-Revere is currently a partner, Davis Wright Tremaine LLP.
