Former NATO Supreme Allied Commander Gen. Philip Breedlove said Thursday in front of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that other members of NATO “need to contribute more” to the alliance.

President Donald Trump has repeatedly criticized other NATO members for not paying “their fair share,” both as President and during the campaign.
