A new poll confirms Democrat Jon Ossoff’s ceiling in GA-06 is somewhere in the low- to mid-40s…
A new poll in Georgia’s Sixth Congressional District yet again found Democrat Jon Ossoff hovering at about 43 percent of the vote.
Today’s poll, conducted by Emerson College from April 13-15, confirms previous polling that has shown Ossoff in the lead, though short of the 50 percent threshold needed to prevent a runoff, while Republicans split the opposition vote among several candidates.
The Emerson poll shows Ossoff at 43.1 percent, followed by former Georgia Secretary of State Karen Handel at 17.1 percent, and businessman Bob Gray at 15.2 percent. They are trailed by former state Sen. Dan Moody at 9.1 percent and current state Sen. Judson Hill at 6 percent.
The margin of error for the robo-poll is 5.4 percent.
