The Republican senator blasted Democrats’ worship of their 2010 health care law.
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) criticized Democrats for their refusal to work with Republicans to fix America’s health care system at a CNN town hall on Monday night.
“Chuck Schumer said tonight to Republicans, ‘Don’t even come into the room until you take repeal off the table,'” Graham said, slamming the Democrats’ negotiation tactics.
“There is no amount of money in the world to save it, and that just means you’re doubling down on a system that you’ve invested in,” he added.
The senator, who has helped craft a replacement bill with Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA), also slammed lies that Democrats had told about the passage of the law, and promised he will continue to try to fix the health care system.
