In an appearance on New Day Friday, Professor Emeritus at Harvard Law School Alan Dershowitz described the 9th Circuit Court’s decision holding up a temporary stay on President Trump’s immigration executive orders as “very flawed.”
“This is a very flawed opinion. It went further than any other opinion on standing of the state of Washington, on the Establishment Clause,” Dershowitz said.
Dershowitz, described as a “liberal legal scholar,” predicted that Trump would eventually prevail in court, but that it would “take a long, long time.”
