The FBI released more documents from their investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails practices on Friday.
One of the emails from Clinton’s IT team talked about how they were participating in a Clinton email coverup, “Hilary [sic] coverup [sic] operation.”
Clinton’s campaign manager appeared on CNN’s State of The Union to discuss this issue. Mook dodged Jake Tapper’s question, claiming, “The FBI did a comprehensive and deep investigation into this and at the conclusion of that, FBI Director Coomey came out and said to the world that there was no case here that they did not have evidence of wrongdoing on Hillary’s part.”
Jake Tapper pressed Mook on the question.
Mook again dodged taking the opportunity to attack House Republicans for leaking the documents. It should be noted that the documents Tapper was asking Mook about were released by the FBI and not the House Republicans.
