MSNBC’s Katy Tur slammed President Obama over his failure to warn the public over Russian hacking efforts during the 2016 election.
After another reporter had summarized former Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson’s testimony on the Russian interference, Tur said, “President Obama could have gone out and try to bring more public attention to this at the time.”
Johnson had testified that the Democratic National Committee refused help from the Department of Homeland Security following the hack.
