In an message to young women around the country at CPAC, White House Counselor Kellyanne Conway said that “the job for first female president remains open,” encouraging women to run for office.

Conway directed the message at her “three daughters, or your three daughters, or you,” and spurred young women to “go for it.”

Comparing the role of women today against when she was going up, Conway admitted that “there are a different set of considerations.” Young women today are “so attuned to politics” and engaged in the world, according to Conway.

Conway was the first woman to run a winning presidential campaign.
