Les Miles Leaves Live ESPN Broadcast to Use the Restroom

The former LSU coach and new ESPN analyst left his mic on as he asked for directions to the bathroom.

Former LSU head football coach Les Miles made his ESPN debut Thursday night, leaving a live broadcast in order to use the restroom.

Miles stood up in the middle of a discussion, saying to his other panelists, “I’m going to use the restroom. See you in a minute.”

“I had to do it! I had to do it!” Miles said in response to quips from his fellow panelists.

The former head coach’s microphone remained live as he asked production staff for directions to the bathroom.

Miles won a national title in his time at LSU.
