The disgraced nightly news anchor was critical of Sessions for attempting to tell the truth.
MSNBC’s Brian Williams was critical of Attorney General Jeff Sessions following his testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee for saying “I don’t recall” repeatedly on Tuesday.
“You can live your life [and] not hear someone use the expression ‘I don’t recall,’ except in hearings,” Willaims joked before asking Paul Butler what recourse there may be for Sessions following his testimony.
Willaims previously had been the face of the “NBC Nightly News” program before being caught in multiple lies, forcing the network to cut Williams from its nightly news program and move him over to MSNBC.
