Accuses Conway of promoting ‘fake news’…
MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski informed the Morning Joe audience that Kellyanne Conway, a senior adviser to President Trump, will not be appearing on Morning Joe anytime soon because she promotes “fake news.”
Morning Joe played a video that showed Conway in recent days providing reporters with information that was later contradicted by other members of Trump’s administration.
Brzezinski pointed out that Conway often books herself on these shows without consulting the White House press office.
“We know for a fact she tries to book herself on this show. I won’t do it, because I don’t believe in fake news or information that is not true, and that is every time I’ve ever seen her on television, something is askew, off, or incorrect,” Brzezinski said regarding Conway’s status on the show.
Brzezinski then reported how the government’s top ethics office is urging the White House to investigate Conway for publicly endorsing Ivanka Trump’s clothing line.
MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough then reported on how Conway is out of the loop and goes out and books herself often to appear on these shows.
“I will say Kellyanne Conway does not need to text our show. At least as long as I’m on it because it’s not happening here,” Brzezinski concluded.
