On Wednesday, MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski told the panel on MSNBC’s Morning Joe that she believes that is the job of the media to control what people think.
The panel on MSNBC’s Morning Joe was discussing President Trump’s ongoing battle with the media over facts, and what it meant for the American people.
“Well, and I think that the dangerous, you know, edges here are that he is trying to undermine the media. Trying to make up his own facts,” Brzezinski told the panel.
Brzezinski went on to say, “[President Trump] could have undermined the messaging so much that he can actually control exactly what people think. And that is, that is our job.”
Brzezinski’s comments are just the latest example of the media clashing with President Trump over the presentation of facts and narratives.
