MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski accused President Trump of lacking a moral compass during a panel discussion about the recent uptick in anti-Semitic attacks.
Rick Tyler was critical over the length of time it took Trump to respond to these attacks, but praised the comments made by Vice President Mike Pence regarding the attacks.
“I’m going to say what you’re not going like, but Mike Pence has a moral compass. Moral clarity requires a moral compass,” Brzezinski told Tyler.
MSNBC’s Joe Scarbrough didn’t agree with Brzezinski’s comments and began talking about comments Trump had made regarding the attacks.
Before Scarbrough could even get started Brzezinski interjected, “he needs a moral compass” referring to President Trump.
Brzezinski said Trump’s comments, “it was – I need to say this, so I’m going say it, and I’m going to say it awkwardly, because it comes out of my mouth awkwardly, because I’m not really comfortable with it because it’s not really what I say.”
