Mika Brzezinski compared Donald Trump to Homer Simpson during a segment on Wednesday.
MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough seemed to offer advice to the brutal North Korean regime about dealing with President Trump, while his fianceé and co-host Mika Brzezinski compared Trump to Homer Simpson during a segment on Wednesday.
MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” started the segment by playing clips from Trump’s Tuesday press conference during which he threatened North Korea with a military response and bashed past administrations for not dealing with the problem sooner.
“So the North Koreans right now, Mika, are trying to figure out exactly what the president is saying. And we just want to let the North Koreans know, there are many times we don’t even know what the president is saying,” Scarborough commented after the clips were played, seeming to offer advice to the North Korean regime.
Brzezinski followed up by remarking, “[Trump’s] the Homer Simpson of presidents.”
Scarborough said that he wished Brzezinski hadn’t insulted Homer Simpson by comparing him to Trump.
North Korea has been unable to figure out the president, and reports indicated that they are seeking help from Republican analysts who know the president well.
