On Thursday, the College Republican National Committee Action released a new ad titled, “Are You Still Watching.” The ad is part of a six-figure ad buy in battleground states across the country and focuses on ObamaCare’s broken promises.
The ad starts off highlighting President Obama’s promise that ObamaCare wouldn’t force patients to change their doctors: “if you like your doctor you can keep it.” The ad then shows a young woman watching news reports as time passes and audio plays from news reports about ObamaCare’s failures.
The ad closes with the young woman watching Hillary Clinton say, “It was called HillaryCare before it was called ObamaCare,” followed by Clinton laughing.
Below is a statement from the CRNC Action regarding the ad:
“The College Republican National Committee is making a six-figure ad buy in battleground states across the country with 2 weeks left before Election Day. The ad focuses on the broken promises made following the passage of Obamacare, fitting because of yesterday’s massive double-digit premium hikes. Ads will air in Pennsylvania, Florida, Indiana, Nevada, and North Carolina.”
