Before the first presidential debate, Donald Trump’s campaign released a new web ad titled ‘Do You Really Need To Ask?’
The ad blasts Hillary Clinton for wondering why she isn’t leading Trump by 50 points by highlighting “her ongoing email scandal, and her support for policies that led to the rise of ISIS.”
[CLIP] HILLARY CLINTON: Why aren’t I 50 points ahead, you might ask?
VOICEOVER: Maybe it’s because you arrogantly call Americans deplorable.
[CLIP] HRC: You can put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the ‘basket of deplorables.’
VO: Or maybe it’s because the director of the FBI said you lied about your emails.
[CLIP] REP. TREY GOWDY: There is no classified material, was that true?
[CLIP] JAMES COMEY: There was classified material emailed.
VO: Or maybe it’s because your policies have allowed ISIS and terrorism to spread and made America less safe and less prosperous.
[CLIP] HRC: Why aren’t I 50 points ahead, you might ask?
VO: Do you really need to ask?
