On Tuesday, Senate Leadership Fund released a new ad targeting Nevada’s Democratic Senate candidate, Catherine Cortez Masto.
The ad attacks Cortez Masto for her time as Nevada’s attorney general, during which thousand of rape test kits went untested, and accuses Cortez Masto of leaving rapists of the streets.
“And when she did act, Cortez Masto voted to allow murders to get out of jail early,” the ad’s narrator tells viewers. “She even pardoned domestic violence abusers. Don’t let Harry Reid force another political failure on Nevada.”
