The former president took a shot at American’s who didn’t vote in the 2016 presidential election.
Former President Barack Obama took a shot at Americans who stayed home during the 2016 presidential election during a Q&A session in Milan, Italy on Tuesday.

Former President Obama has been ratcheting up his public schedule since leaving office and has been much more vocal in his criticism of President Trump, breaking with the traditional role of recent presidents when they left office.
