“Americans have so much trepidation about filling out their tax pages multiple pages,” the constituent told Fox News about the current tax system.
Fox News’ Todd Piro was in Williams Bay, WI on Friday asking constituents for their thoughts on the job Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) is doing. One of the constituents said he was very pleased with Ryan’s tax reform effort.
“[Ryan’s] current program … with tax reform is to put everything on a simple postcard. That’s going to change the game,” the constituent told Piro.
“Americans have so much trepidation about filling out their tax pages multiple pages, if we can get it down to one page and do it in 15 minutes that’s going to save a lot of anxiety … for Americans, and that’s one of Paul’s ideas,” he said.
Piro did point out that the constituent, whose name is Bill, was a big supporter of Ryan and Trump before he interviewed him.
