On Friday, President Obama was asked who he thought the electoral college should vote for on Monday.
“So with respect to the electors, I’m not going to wade into that issue. Because again, it’s the American people’s job and now the electors’ job to decide the successor and not my job to decide the successor,” Obama told the reporter seeming to suggest the election is not yet over. “I have provided people with a lot of information about what happened during the course of the election.”
The President conclude by saying, “The President-elect I think has been very explicit what he cares about and what he believes in and so it’s not in my hands now it’s up to them.”
