White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus said that President Trump wouldn’t let down people that have pre-existing conditions during an interview on Fox News Sunday.
Fox News’ Chris Wallace asked Priebus if Presiden Trump could still stand by his campaign promise that he would take care of everybody in his health care bill given that under the American Health Care Act (AHCA) some Americans with pre-existing conditions could see their premiums increase.
Priebus told Wallace that President Trump “absolutely” kept his campaign promise that he would take care of everybody, explaining that this bill puts billions towards buying down people’s premiums that have pre-existing
