White House Deputy Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders recommended to journalists that they not use Politico as a source at a press briefing on Friday.
Bloomberg’s Margaret Talev asked Sanders about a report in Politico that the Trump administration was considering gutting the Office of National Drug Control Policy.
“My first piece of advice would [be] never to use Politico for a source for your story,” Sanders said.
Sanders declined to comment further on the report, given that any budget is currently preliminary.
