MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough bashed the Trump administration for keeping Vice President Mike Pence in the dark and allowing him to lie to the American people about former National Security Advisor Mike Flynn’s relationship with Russia.
On Monday, President Donald Trump accepted the resignation of National Security Advisor Mike Flynn for lying about his conversations with the Russian ambassador to the United States and not properly telling the truth personally to the Vice President when asked.
“Who knew in the White House and when did they know in the White House and why was the Vice President of the United States kept in the dark and allowed to go on television and lie?” Scarborough asked the panel.
Scarborough could only conclude, “There has to be a very long list of people in the White House who kept the Vice President of the United States in the dark, allowed him to lie on national television, and then not correct it afterwards.”
