The actor and former California governor said he had a hard time breaking into film because of his size.
Former California governor and movie star Arnold Schwarzenegger mocked Hollywood “little guys” at the University of Houston’s commencement ceremony on Friday.
Schwarzenegger said that he had a difficult time breaking into acting when he tried to transition from bodybuilding.
“You will never become a leading man. Look at your body, you look like a monster,” Schwarzenegger said the agents told him.
The agents told Schwarzenegger that the “little guys” were “the sex symbols of the ’70s.” Schwarzenegger listed off Dustin Hoffman, Al Pacino, and Woody Allen as examples.
“Oh my God. Oy vey,” Schwarzenegger joked after the list.
