Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT) told CNN’s Kate Bolduan that whether or not he supports Supreme Court nominee Judge Neil Gorsuch nomination depends on the time of day, during an interview on Tuesday.
“My decision will be coming soon, I’ve just got some more work to do,” Tester told Bolduan.
Bolduan asked Tester where his gut is leaning at the moment.
“It depends on what time of day you ask me that question,” Tester responded.
Several outside groups have targeted Tester, and other red-state Senate Democrats, over the upcoming vote on Judge Gorsuch. It appears that Tester may be feeling the pressure from these groups.
