The bipartisan chorus denouncing President’s Obama decision to commute Chelsea Manning’s sentence just added one more voice to its ranks.

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) told NBC News’ Chuck Todd, “I think it’s dead wrong. Absolutely dead wrong. This is treason. Espionage at the highest level.”

Manchin added that Manning was “found guilty” and reiterated his belief that she should serve her 35-year sentence.

Both Sen. Menedez (D-NJ) and Sen. Cotton (D-AR) have come out strongly against Obama’s decision.
