With the first quarter of 2017 behind us, candidates are beginning to announce how much they raised for reelection in 2018. These first quarter 2017 numbers could show signs of strength or weakness among candidates and their campaigns. Check back often as more candidates announce their totals:
Tammy Baldwin (D-WI): Raised $2.2 million in Q1 of 2017; she had $2.4 million cash-on-hand at the end of Q1
Sherrod Brown (D-OH): Raised $2.4 million in Q1 of 2017; he had $5 million in cash-on-hand at the end of the reporting period
Bob Casey (D-PA): Raised $2.7 million in Q1 of 2017; he had $3.8M in the bank as of April 1
Joe Donnelly (D-IN): Raised $1.3 million in Q1 of 2017; he had $2.55 million on-hand at the reporting period’s end
Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY): Raised $4.4 million in Q1 of 2017; she had $5.7 million in cash-on-hand at the end of the quarter
Dean Heller (R-NV): Raised $1.4 million in Q1 of 2017; he has not stated his cash-on-hand
Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND): Raised $1.6 million in Q1 of 2017; she had “more than $2 million” in the bank as of the end of Q1
Tim Kaine (D-VA): Raise 2.9 million in Q1 of 2017; he had $5.5 million in the bank heading into 2018
Amy Klobuchar (D-MN): Raised $1.45 million in Q1 of 2017; she had $3.1 million in cash-on-hand as of April 1
Joe Manchin (D-WV): Raised $552,600 in Q1 of 2017; he had $2.17 million in the bank as of April 1
Josh Mandel (R-OH): Raised “nearly” $1.5 million in Q1 of 2017; he had $2.4 million on hand at the end of the quarter (Mandel is challenging Brown)
Claire McCaskill (D-MO): Raised $2.8 million in Q1 of 2017; she ended the quarter with “more than” $3 million in the bank
Chris Murphy (D-CT): Raised “more than” $3 million in Q1 of 2017; he had “about” $3.5 million in the bank at the start of April
Bill Nelson (D-FL): Raised “more than” $2 million; he had $3.6 million on-hand at the end of Q1
Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ): Raised $678,000 in Q1 of 2017; she had $2.8 million in the bank on April 1 (Sinema is a rumored AZSEN candidate)
Debbie Stabenow (D-MI): Raised $1.4 million in Q1 of 2017; she had “nearly” $4.3 million on hand at the start of Q2
Jon Tester (D-MT): Raised $2 million in Q1 of 2017; he had $3.2 million in cash-on-hand at the start of April
Elizabeth Warren (D-MA): Raised $5.2 million in Q1 of 2017; she had a massive $9.2 million on-hand at quarter’s end
