During an interview with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer, Hillary Clinton’s campaign press secretary Brian Fallon acknowledged that staff knew of Clinton’s condition on Friday, but would not disclose who made the call not to inform the American people about Clinton’s condition.
Fallon didn’t seem to think that it was a problem that the American people were not made aware of Clinton’s status until Sunday. It’s also not clear if the campaign would have disclosed this information if it hadn’t been for Clinton fainting on Sunday.
