“If [Trump] gave us tax breaks…it would help us expand. We could actually grow to a bigger company.”
Timothy Griffin, the co-owner of 3 T Solutions LLC, said that the Republican tax reform proposal would help his business expand in an interview with CBS-Harrisburg ahead of President Trump’s visit to the Keystone State.
Trump is scheduled to deliver a speech touting the benefits of the Republican tax reform plan in Harrisburg, PA on Wednesday.
Griffin’s trucking company has six employees, and he told CBS-Harrisburg, “The hardest part about having a small business is that there’s not a lot of money, people don’t help you, and with these businesses you have to earn every dime. One slip will really hurt and kill your whole week.”
“If he gave us tax breaks, and we really saw the tax breaks, if we really saw them, it would help us expand. We could actually grow to a bigger company,” Griffin explained.
Griffin also expressed support for Trump’s plan to eliminate the “death tax,” telling CBS-Harrisburg that this is another tactic that would help small businesses.
