Sean Spicer remarked on Tom Brady’s stolen Super Bowl jersey at a press briefing on March 21.
White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer joked that Tom Brady’s stolen Super Bowl jersey was “another bad on the press” at his press briefing on Tuesday.
As Spicer concluded his press conference, he noted he is “very happy” that the Super Bowl-winning quarterback’s stolen jersey was recovered this week.
According to Business Insider, the “NFL security department, the FBI, and the Houston Police Department” worked together to recover the jersey, which was “found in the possession of a credentialed member of the international media.”
“Another bad on the press,” Spicer joked, “but we have righted that wrong.”
