The panel on MSNBC’s Morning Joe were all in agreement that the United States Senate would confirm Judge Gorsuch, because of his stellar qualifications.
MSNBC’s contributor Steve Rattner said that “there has not been in modern history a judge as qualified as Judge Gorsuch who as been rejected by the Senate.”
MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough said of Gorsuch: “I think Democrats should fight, but I’m now starting to wonder. Gorsuch is so strong, as far as temperamentally, I wonder if they should wait until the next pick to declare complete and total war.”
NBC’s Willie Geist and Scarborough both believe that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) will eventually change the Senate rules so a simple majority can confirm Gorsuch.
