There were a lot of signs making a lot of claims at Saturday’s climate march. Let’s take a look at them. (WARNING: Some have graphic language.)
Thousands of environmentalists descended on Washington, D.C. Saturday to take part in the Climate March. They brought with them a lot of protest signs that made a lot of claims.
One made the claim that Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is a “Climate Denier.”
Actually, Tillerson, as the head of Exxon-Mobil in 2009, not only affirmed his belief in climate change, he proposed a carbon tax to combat it. Tillerson also endorsed the Paris Climate Agreement during his Senate confirmation hearing.
Then, we had this claim:
Translation: go vegan or you’re destroying the environment.
Let’s take it a step further.
We hope all you milk drinkers out there enjoy your trial before the Hague.
The march also featured a few signs accusing Republicans of being terrorists.
Apparently the FBI is sleeping on the job, given that “terrorists” elected by the people are running amok in Washington, D.C. on any given day.
What climate change protest would be complete without calls for a communist revolution in the United States?
