President Trump, speaking at a rally in Nashville, lashed out at a federal judge’s decision to strike down his executive order, taking a shot at Hillary Clinton in the process.
“This is, the opinion of many, an unprecedented judicial overreach,” Trump said.
Trump also called the 9th Circuit Court’s decision on his first order a “flawed ruling.”
“The law and the Constitution give the president the power to suspend immigration when he deems or she…” Trump said, before taking a pause.
“Fortunately, it will not be Hillary-she,” Trump said, taking a shot at his former electoral rival.
