“We will not be putting up with what’s happening with North Korea,” Trump yelled as the rotation of helicopter blades drowned out his voice.
The president has made attempts to influence China to take a harder line on Pyongyang, but so far, the North Korean nuclear and missile programs have continued, undeterred.
