Trump reminded a gathering of senators that his birthday is on Wednesday.
At a lunch meeting with GOP members of the Senate on Tuesday, President Trump reminded the group that his birthday is one day later.
He told the group that he wants to deliver on his promise to repeal and replace Obamacare in the near future. “I’ve been talking about repealing and replacing Obamacare for almost two years now,” Trump said.
“Don’t forget on June 16th – June 14th is my birthday – but June 16th was the day I announced I was running,” Trump said.
“Some people said really? Is that going to happen? And it happened.”
Trump said that he would like to deliver on his promise, so close to his birthday and the anniversary of his campaign announcement.
