Hillary Clinton’s former chief of staff Cheryl Mills was granted immunity as part of the FBI investigation into the Hillary Clinton’s private email server, according to reports.
During the White House press briefing, Josh Earnest was asked if the White House thought it was appropriate for the F.B.I. to grant immunity to Mills.
“Off the top of my head, I can’t recall an instance in which I second guessed the decision made by the F.B.I. Director or an independent investigator at the F.B.I. And I am not going to start today,” Earnest informed the press corps.
