During the White House daily press briefing, press secretary Josh Earnest was asked if the President is working on any further gun control initiatives.
“I don’t have any announcements at this point, but you know, the president and his team are always reviewing available options,” Earnest responded to the reporter.
He then proceeded to tout President Obama’s executive order that made it harder for people to obtain a firearm at a gun show.
“It just seems like, even at this point, you are not ruling out that he might take additional executive action,” the reporter pressed.
Earnest conceded, ” I would not rule — I would not rule that out.”
