One week after Apple CEO Tim Cook took the stage in Brussels, Belgium to decry tech industry’s handling of privacy issues, another executive from the company is in Europe recommitting Apple to an environmental agreement from which President Trump withdrew the United States last year.

Lisa Jackson, Apple’s head of environment, policy, and social initiatives, told the Web Summit in Lisbon, Portugal that the tech giant is committed to supporting the Paris climate agreement.

“The air we breathe and the planet we leave to our children doesn’t belong to any one party, it doesn’t belong to any one ideology — it belongs to all of us, and governments should be the allies in our work,” Lisa Jackson, Apple’s head of environment, policy and social initiatives, told an arena full of tech leaders. “At Apple we supported and we continue to support the Paris climate agreement.”

Jackson did not mention Trump by name, but by bringing up the agreement on foreign soil, her intentions were clear. Jackson previously worked in the Obama administration at the Environmental Protection Agency.

“There is no conflict between a healthy planet and a healthy bottom line,” she said. “It’s a false choice and one each one of us must reject [it].”

Apple is increasingly working in China, where most of the company’s products are made. Earlier this year, the Guardian published a report stating that China has about nine million “sources of pollution” in the country, up from 5.9 million in its 2010 census. Most of that comes from industrial pollution, according to the report.
